While driving our RV through Oklahoma on the way to Arizona, we started having a scary tire issue. The steering wheel shook badly over 60 mph. After hours of searching, every shop either refused to work on RVs or couldn’t handle our tires. Then we found Snows Tire Service. From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He immediately got to work, removed our front tires, and corrected a balancing issue. He explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about getting us safely back on the road. While we waited, we talked farming and discovered we both raise livestock. It felt more like visiting a neighbor than a business. When it came time to pay, he told us not to worry about it since he wasn’t completely sure the balancing would fully solve the issue, and we might still need an alignment. He didn’t feel right charging us, and that level of honesty is rare. The best part is that it completely fixed the problem! The RV drove smoothly the rest of our trip! We were complete strangers, yet he donated his time and skills purely out of kindness. We offered pork from our farm to thank him since he would not let us pay, and he graciously accepted. THEN, he gave us steaks from his own farm in return. This was hands down the best customer service experience we’ve ever had. Honest, generous, and genuinely good people still exist, and you’ll find them here! Snows Tire Service is a rare gem. My fiancé and I highly recommend!

Had a blowout ten minutes from the lake. Phone service was bad and nobody was stopping to help. Then over the hill comes Snow’s tire service. He was probably headed to another call but he saw I was in trouble so he pulled over to lend me a hand. He had all the best tools on his truck so he literally had me back on the road in under five minutes and when I tried to hand him all the cab I had, which wasn’t much, he handed me half back and said have a good day.
